The proceeds of the 2017 Race went to the Colby Abby K9 Unit totaling $3,611.91
The proceeds of the 2018 Race went to the Northcentral Technical College (NTC) Foundation totaling $3,611.91
On September 15, 2017 Race Committee members Liz Tesch, Amy Kampmeyer and Tammy Solberg presented the Colby Abby K9 Unit (Officer Jim Wagner and Dodge) with a check for $3,611.91 from the proceeds from this year's race.
The Colby Cheese Days Race Committee presented the Wisconsin State Firefighter Memorial (WSFM) Board of Directors in Wisconsin Rapids with a check for $5,063.38 in memory of firefighter Jamison Kampmeyer.
